Orders
We are a UK Company based in Northern Ireland All items shown on our site are UK Pounds Sterling (£) and you will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling (£).
If UK Pounds Sterling (£) is not the currency in your country, the amount you will actually pay will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.
In all cases the packet or parcel will have to be signed for on delivery.
Orders Within The UK
Orders placed before 2.00pm we aim to process and despatch on the same day. This is subject to authorisation of the credit card and completion of any security checks deemed necessary. You will receive an emailed acknowledgement of your order to confirm its despatch.
1. Most lightweight items weighing under 1.5kg are sent with Royal Mail first class post, and approx 85% arrives the next day.
2. Other items are sent with a Carrier:
For U.K and Ireland this is a next day service. All parcels have to be signed for on receipt.
Overseas Customers (Non UK)
We will email you before processing your order, advising the carriage costs, and requesting your confirmation to proceed before charging your card. You will also be advised of the expected delivery time.
Tax
All orders are inclusive of all UK taxes as shown. If you are an international customer, it is your responsibility to pay any extra taxes due on your purchase in relation to local law. Motobobs is not liable for any of these costs. Motobobs accept no responsibility for any action taken by customs in your country in relation to your purchase.
VAT at the UK rate (sales tax) will not be charged on orders sent to a country outside the EU.
Out of Stock Items
Should we be out of stock of any item you have ordered, we will contact you to clarify the situation – until this is resolved we will not charge your card. If you decide to back order the item(s) we will not charge your card until they are ready to despatch. The exception to this is if the item is a non-stocked special order item, in which case you will be charged for the full cost of the item, or a deposit by arrangement, at the time you order.
Money Back Gurantee
Motobobs offer a seven day money back gurantee on all stock and will pay for return carriage on faulty or damaged stock.
Damaged Goods
If your goods have been damaged in transit, you should retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving as much information as possible. All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced with an equivalent product, or a refund will be given
Delivery Failure
When your goods are despatched we email an acknowledgement stating so. If you do not receive your goods with in seven days you should notify
